MODIFIED D-AMINO ACID OXIDASE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified D-amino acid oxidase having high substrate affinity and thermal stability in an aqueous solution and usable in various applications. SOLUTION: This modified D-amino acid oxidase is obtained by modifying the corresponding D-amino acid oxidase. The modified D-amino acid oxidase thus obtained has improved substrate affinity and thermal stability. A method for modifying the original D-amino acid oxidase into the objective enzyme is also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
