PURPOSE:To perform a unific control and to effectively cope with various kinds of data processings by reading data which can be read from packaging result database common to facilities and database for creating packaging data and then processing the data. CONSTITUTION:The title device consists of a substrate product type database 11 with the information of production substrates used by a device 15 for creating packaging data and a component shape detabase 12 with the correspondence table between the circuit number for distinguishing components on the substrate one by one and the design product number of component name given by a user and that between the design product number and characteristics of the shape of component. Further, it consists of a database 13 for facilities storing the characteristics of each kind of packaging facility and a packaging line database 14 for storing the information of each production line. It is constituted of a reference database 16 storing inspection conditions and each facility packaging data created by the packaging data creation device and reference data before expansion to inspection data and a packaging facility 17 for performing packaging operation based on the packaging data. |
