<p>PURPOSE:To recover hydraulic properties of a hardenable cement component without causing a consolidated or a sintered material by pulverizing a cement flake board waste material and then heat-treating the pulverized material. CONSTITUTION:This method for regenerating a cement flake board waste material comprises pulverizing the cement flake board waste material to <=5mm size, then charging the interior of a heating furnace with the resultant pulverized material, heating the material at 300-950 deg.C with a burner, igniting a wood component in the waste material, burning the wood component, dehydrating the hardenable cement component, recovering hydraulic properties and affording a regenerated cement. The resultant regenerated cement in an amount of <=75 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. Portland-based cement is added and mixed therewith and used as a raw material for the cement flake board.</p> |
