METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH TAURINE CONTAINING FATTENED PIGS

PURPOSE: A method for producing high taurine containing fattened pigs is provided, thereby the fattened pigs containing high concentration of taurine can be produced, so that the produced pork has effects on body weight increase, body fat decrease and cholesterol decrease. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing high taurine containing fattened pigs comprises the steps of: dissolving taurine in water to prepare a taurine containing drink; and supplying the fattened pigs with the taurine containing drink prepared above in the amount of 5 liter a day, wherein the amount of water is 3 to 5 liter; the ratio of taurine to water is 0.2 to 0.8%; the taurine containing drink is supplied at least two hours after feeding a feed to the fattened pigs; and a certain amount of vitamin C may be further added into the taurine containing drink.
