PURPOSE: An automatic molder of pulp vessel is capable of producing many pulp vessels, producing the pulp vessels having different shapes simultaneously, having simple structure, molding the pulp vessels having high quality and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: The automatic molder of the pulp vessel is comprised of: a molding bath(40) installed in the lower middle of a frame(60) and supplied mold materials; a first upper mold which is moved in all direction, containing a vacuum absorption/separation form protrusion on the frame(60); a lower mold(30) which is moved forward and backward, containing form groove(31) corresponded to the form protrusion; a second upper mold(20) which is installed on the frame(60) and is moved vertically, containing a vacuum absorption/separation form protrusion(21) corresponded to the form groove(31); and a bleeding part which is installed in the front middle of the frame(60), bleeding the pulp vessel. |
