<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce disturbance on video image viewing in the case of displaying a keyboard image for character entry or a dialog menu for operation setting and message display on a display screen while a video image is displayed on part or entire area of the display screen. <P>SOLUTION: When the operation of a slave menu ON is executed while a mail creation menu 50 is displayed on a display screen 10, a CPU sets a slave menu 13 to the lower right part of the display screen 10 and displays a video image of a channel having been finally received on the slave screen 13. In the case of displaying a keyboard image on a lower area of the display screen 10 in this state, the slave screen is moved to the upper right of the display screen 10. In the case of displaying an index menu 11 or a dialog menu such as a message menu while a video image is displayed on all or part of area of the display screen 10, transparent processing is applied to the dialog menu and then displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
