A flexible woven fabric inlay (22) and a reinforcing support bracket (2100) are provided on the inside of the outer tire (100). The two inner lips (101) at either end of the outer tire are reinforced with steel cables (102). A vehicle tire comprises an outer tire with a flexible woven fabric inlay with two inner lips at both ends. A number of reinforcing steel cables are embedded in the inner lips and two rows of mounting holes are provided in these lips as well. A reinforcing support bracket supported on the inside of the outer tire comprises a number of reinforcing support devices (2000) which are connected in series and secured to the outer tire between the inner lips. The reinforcing support device comprises a smooth curved base plate (207) with a number of length direction strips (205) secured to its upper side wall and a flexible cushion (208) secured to its lower side wall. A number of cross-direction mounting devices (200) are fixed to the upper side wall of the base plate and extend over the strips. The base plate has a row of sleeves (206) extending in the cross-direction at either end, enabling two adjoining base plates to be connected together via a hinge pin (209) passed through the sleeves. The mounting device supports a flexible bar (200a) over its length and includes a casing with cross-direction holes (201a). Two slide blocks are mounted inside the casing and a spring in between these blocks presses them against the inside of the casing at both ends. The guide block has a hook for engaging with one of the cross-direction holes in the casing. A pin (204) protrudes out of the casing via an end hole and can engage with a hole in one of the inner lips.
