PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for peeling agricultural crops which does not need to transfer or rotate the agricultural crops, thereby increasing work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for peeling agricultural crops is characterized by comprising the parts of: a compressor, a dehumidifier linked to the compressor, a storing tank linked to the dehumidifier, a solenoid valve linked to the storing tank and a spraying nozzle linked to the solenoid valve.
