PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MOS varactor which can continuously change capacitance and can control frequency and sensitivity when applied to an oscillator. SOLUTION: One side in terminals of a plurality of capacitors (C1-Cn) 6-1 to 6-n is connected to floating electrode 8 of a MOS capacitor (Cf) 5. Furthermore, control voltages Vg1-Vgn are applied from the other side in terminals (Vg1-Vgn) 9-1 to 9-n of the plurality of capacitors (C1-Cn) 6-1 to 6-n. Furthermore, a bias voltage is applied from a terminal (Vn) 11 on the well side of the MOS capacitor (Cf) 5. In a multi-terminal MOS varactor having such a configuration, effective capacitance in the other terminal (Vgj) of an arbitrary capacitor (Cj) 6-j can be continuously changed by changing the control voltage.
