PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to decide whether a digital broadcasting receiver dealing with a new broadcasting service has coped with the existing transmission systems. SOLUTION: Specified signal levels for all signal frequencies under reception are displayed on the same screen, to set a measure for knowing frequency characteristics of a transmission system.
