PURPOSE: Provided is a cultivation method of mushrooms using a wood pellet to prepare a cultivation medium, thereby producing high quality of mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of mushrooms using a wood pellet is characterized by cutting wood into a pellet size; adding saw dust and rice straw to the wood pellet in a mixing ratio of 15%:5%:80%; dipping the mixture thereof; and using the mixture thereof as a cultivation medium. |
