The invention relates to a device that is used to control and estimate the cyclical execution, over a given period of time, of activities executed by a service provider for numerous identified beneficiaries. The inventive device combines three elements, which co-operate with one another and which are arranged to exchange information therebetween, relating respectively to the beneficiary at least, the service provider and the activities executed by the latter. A first element (A1) is assigned to a service provider and is equipped with means (4, 6) of exchanging information with (i) numerous second elements (A2), which are assigned to each of the beneficiaries, and (ii) a control centre (A3). The aforementioned service provider stores information, over a given period and in a cyclical manner, which relates to the activities successively executed for the beneficiaries, from reference information contained in the second elements (A2). At the end of the given period, the first element (A1) communicates with the remote centre (A3) in order to inform same of the information it has stored during said period and in order to be re-initialised for a subsequent period by the remote centre (A3).
