<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide module parts on which a plurality of parts are mounted without losing reliability. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a substrate with a metalized connection electrode, and a plurality of parts arranged on the substrate longitudinally of the same and electrically connected with the connection electrode through a bump.
