<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member selection support system for selecting appropriate members to newly constitute a group by using characters that electronic communication system users have regardless of a community or the contents of a job, that are the adaptations to respective roles of the users. <P>SOLUTION: The member selection support system is provided with a history information preservation part 10 for preserving the history information of the exchange of messages of the users in an electronic communication system, a role adaptation calculation part 11 for calculating the adaptations of the respective users to the roles on group activity featured from the history information, and a group member selection part 14 for selecting the appropriate members to newly constitute the group from a prescribed user set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
