COMPOSTING CONTAINER

The present invention relates to a composting container comprising a body (10, 30) in which, in use, organic material to be composted is stored. The body (10, 30) is defined by a tubular, permeable, non-self-supporting, flexible sheet material, and has top and bottom openings (12, 14). Support means (20, 32) for holding at least part of the flexible sheet material in an erected condition are provided. In a preferred embodiment, the support means (20, 32) is a resiliently deformable metal spring (32) which allows the container to be compressed into a "flat pack" configuration for easy storage/transport.
