<p>PURPOSE: A Bluetooth system communicable on a scatternet and a communicating method thereof are provided to enable data transceiving with at least two external equipments included in mutually different pico-nets, and to prevent collision between transceived data. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth system is operated as a master for the first external equipment in an optional pico-net(S601). If a communication request signal is received from the second external equipment(S603), a connection starter of the Bluetooth system scans the received communication request signal(S605). A mode change requesting unit transmits a mode change request signal to the second external equipment(S607). If the transmitted mode change request signal is rejected by the second external equipment, a mode changing unit disconnects with the second external equipment(S611). If the transmitted mode change request signal is permitted by the second external equipment(S609), the Bluetooth system receives a mode change permission signal from the second external equipment(S613). A mode changing unit changes a connection state between the second external equipment and the Bluetooth system to a sniff mode(S615). The Bluetooth system transceives data with the second external equipment as a slave for the second external equipment(S607). If a start time of the sniff mode comes(S619), the mode changing unit changes an operation as the slave to an operation as the master(S621). If an end time of the sniff mode comes(S623), the mode changing unit changes the operation as the master to the operation as the slave(S617).</p> |
