PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm that transmitted information has correctly reached a destination in a state in which the transmission information is concealed and is not falsified. SOLUTION: An information display device 110 of transmission origin generates mark data by watermarking transmission information containing a transmission destination identifier and a transmission text in an image data and transmits the mark data to a device 100 for providing information. The device 100 receives the mark data. The device 100 transmits the mark data to an information display device 110 by affixing the mark data in a Web page. The information display device 110 displays the page on which the mark data is affixed. The information display device 110 collates the transmission information with registered transmission information by extracting the transmission information from the received mark data and verifies the received mark data.
