<p>An aqueous water-and-oil repellant dispersion which contains: a fluoropolymer and a surfactant comprising as essential ingredients a cationic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant represented by the formula (I): R1O[CH2CH(CH3)O]a-(CH2CH2O)bH (I) (wherein R1 is branched alkyl or alkenyl having a C5 or higher main chain and a C3 or higher side chain; a is an integer of 3 or larger; and b is an integer of 10 to 30). The dispersion is not broken by a mechanical shock and causes no fabric fouling.</p> |
