PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that information cannot be simply collected and managed in a communication of information between a server side and a user in a digital broadcast application apparatus. SOLUTION: A user communicates information of a setter 19 with a server 15 via a communication unit 17 to a reading means 3 for reading the information delivered by a digital broadcasting 1, a network terminator 2 and the digital broadcast 1. The server 15 for managing the information compares the information with a keyword header in response to a user's set result and inputs desired information, simply and rapidly executes information exchange between the server side and the user.
