PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implantable energy supply system having at least two cells. SOLUTION: The energy supply system comprises a switch 22 with a first state, in which the cells 18 are electrically connected to a load 14 and a second state in which each cell is electrically connected with its own charger 28.
