Apparatus for varying the temperature of a container for food or drinks is described which comprises a holder for the container, an electrical heater or cooler, and a switch, in which engagement of the container with the holder activates the switch. The apparatus may also include a base unit which connects to the holder. The apparatus is preferably operated by an external power source, in combination with an internal battery. |
