<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high-speed operation by sensorless control of a brushless motor, and to control it stably over the wide operation range. <P>SOLUTION: To control the motor, this device is provided with a step that changes over from a self-control operation (a speed feedback operation) by position detection data to a forced operation (a speed open-loop operation) based on only a speed command in order to extend the operation range of a high-speed side and to eliminate the driving abnormality of the motor, and with another step that changes over from the self-control operation to the forced operation at least either in high speed or with a high load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
