PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a bridge of a core material provided in an arm rest body is damaged by a load from an upper side and an impact load applied from a side of the arm rest body cannot be absorbed at the time of collision. SOLUTION: A vertical wall 4c of an L shape in a plane view is formed by constituting an upper plate of the core material 4 by upper plates 4a, 4b of upper/lower two stages. A longitudinal wall part 4d of a vertical wall 4c is directed to the inside of a cabin and a short length wall part 4f is directed to the rear side of the cabin. A notch hole 4g is provided on the short length wall part 4f. The impact is absorbed by buckling the upper plates 4a, 4b of upper/lower two stages making the short length wall part 4f as a center against the impact acting from the side of the arm rest body 1.
