PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a silver salt solution and a halide solution into a uniform chemical reaction and to achieve uniform nucleation and growth of silver halide. SOLUTION: A microreactor 110B is constituted by disposing silver salt solution charge holes 114 and halide solution charge holes 116 formed on one chip and alternately aligned at regular intervals and disposing reaction sections formed in microchannels formed on one chip with one end connected to the adjacent silver salt solution charge hole 114 and to the adjacent halide solution charge hole 116 and the other end connected to a solution discharge hole 118, wherein fluids substantially become thin layers, an open boundary face is formed between the adjacent thin layers and silver ions and halogen ions diffuse, migrate and react to continuously generate nuclei of silver halide, and aligned by a number corresponding to the number of the adjacent silver salt solution charge holes 114 and the adjacent halide solution charge holes 116.
