PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roof molding for a vehicle with good workability even if there is a step between a tip end of roof molding and windshield molding. SOLUTION: A projection 2b is formed on a bottom front side of a tip end of roof molding 2 attached to a roof 1 of a vehicle, and the projection 2b of the roof molding 2 is fitted from above by a lip 11 formed at the top end of the windshield molding 4. Since the roof molding 2 and the windshield molding 4 are fitted with each other, an assembly operation is facilitated. Since the tip end of the roof molding 2 is restricted from upward and downward movements by the windshield molding 4, the lifting of the roof molding 2 can be prevented and a design is not interfered by height shapes of both moldings for improving a degree of freedom of a design.
