PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera where a light shielding member for fixing a spool and stopping a gap between a camera body and a front plate is integrated. SOLUTION: The camera body 10 has a cartridge chamber 11 and a spool chamber for taking up film 12. The spool 31 is arranged in the spool chamber 12, a spool side wall part 12a is formed as a wall member, and also one end of the spool 31 is rotatably supported there. Furthermore, the other end of the spool 31 is supported by the spool supporting part 42 of a spool supporting member 18, and a spool wall part 41 is fixed in the camera body 10. The wall part 41 has a 1st engaging part 41a and a 2nd engaging part 41b engaged with a 1st part to be engaged 12b formed on the wall part 12a and a 2nd part to be engaged 25 formed on a mirror unit 16.
