PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the whole module small-sized, compact, and low-cost by halving the number of filters needed for isolation. SOLUTION: The module comprises a dielectric multi-layered film filter 3 constituted by sticking dielectric multi-layered films 7 and 8 on a couple of opposite photodetection surfaces F1 and F2 of a light transmission body 6 respectively, a transmission transfer part 9 which reflects transmission light Lt emitted from a light emission part 2 by the dielectric multi-layered film filter 3 and makes it incident on an optical fiber cable 4, and a reception transfer part 10 which transmits reception light Lr projected from the optical fiber cable 4 through the dielectric multi-layered film filter 3 and makes it incident on a photodetection part 5 not through a filter for isolation.
