PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork automatic reverse control device for a forklift capable of well-operatively stopping a fork at the respective center positions of rotation and shift. SOLUTION: This fork automatic reverse control device for the forklift comprises a rotation driving mechanism for rotating the fork in accordance with an operation command value from a rotation operating means and a shift driving mechanism for shifting the fork in accordance with an operation command value from a shift operating mean. The device comprises a means for specifying a center origin automatic reverse control of the fork, and a controller for starting control in accordance with an operation of either the rotation operating means or the shift operating means when the center origin automatic reverse control is specified by the specifying means and controlling both the driving mechanisms toward the center origin position regardless of an operating direction of the operating means on the basis of the operating command value from the operating means.
