PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structural form for placing concrete excellent in peelability from concrete and a form member for sliding form capable of forming a smooth concrete face without requiring a separating work from an existing concrete like conventional cases, and provide a sliding form construction method. SOLUTION: In a form for sliding form construction method having a film at the contact face with a freely risable sheathing board, the film is made of a fluoroplastic including 40-70 mass % of fluorine.
