he invention relates to an olive-beating and -collecting device composed of a crown equipped with multiple beating elements extended and engaged into the branches to detach the olive fruit from all over the tree. At the same time, the collector (fig.3) is spread over the ground to receive the olive fruit, which will be collected to a precise point (fig.4, 1, I) and introduced -with one movement- into the sack. The advantage of the invention is that it knocks down and collects olive fruit in short time, low cost, and reduced labour; furthermore, it reduces the expenses issued from olive collection to the producer's profit. |
