<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer by which the printed image of a high image quality is obtained by reducing the winding width of recording paper to a photoreceptor. <P>SOLUTION: The printer possesses the photoreceptor 2 on whose surface a toner image is prepared, a transfer member 31 which is opposed to the surface 2a of the photoreceptor 2 and through which a transfer current is made to flow, a destaticizing member 32 that is positioned on the downstream side of the transfer member 31 in a recording paper feeding direction and through which a destaticizing current is made to flow, a first guide 7A to feed and guide the recording paper P on the upstream side of the transfer member 31 in the recording paper feeding direction and a second guide 7B to feed and guide the recording paper P on the downstream side of the first guide 7A in the recording paper feeding direction, and at least one part of the second guide 7B is positioned on the upstream side of the destaticizing member 32 in the recording paper feeding direction so that an unshielding part 70 at which the destaticizing member 32 is not shielded by the second guide 7B is formed between the destaticizing member 32 and the photoreceptor 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
