PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyimide silicone resin composition that is suitable for protection of an electrode not forming corrosion on a surface of the electrode. SOLUTION: (a) A tetracarboxylic acid compound selected between an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid compound and an alicyclic tetracarboxylic acid compound, an aromatic diamine, and a polyamic acid that is a reaction product of diaminopolysiloxane, and a polymer selected from polyimidosilicone that is a closed ring derivative of the polyamic acid, (b) a solvent, and (c) an inorganic ion exchanger are contained in the polyimide silicone resin composition.
