PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an original platen glass which enables image information on an original surface to excellently be read in any environment, and an image forming device which has the same. SOLUTION: In the image forming device which copies a document while moving the document mounted on an original platen, the original platen is provided with an antifogging film formed by carrying out antifogging processing for the reverse or/and top surfaces of a base plate.
