BALANCER FOR PHOTORECEPTOR DRUM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND PHOTORECEPTOR DRUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer for a photoreceptor drum which eliminates the uneven rotation of the photoreceptor drum, maintains the out-of-roundness and eccentricity of the photoreceptor drum and has a vibration suppressing effect extremely effective for eliminating the chatter of a cleaning blade, a method of manufacturing the same, and a photoreceptor drum using the balancer for the photoreceptor drum.

SOLUTION: The balancer for the photoreceptor drum is a balancer to be inserted into the photoreceptor drum and consists of a molding composed of a hydraulic composition. More adequately, the hydraulic composition contains a workability improving agent of 0 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight powder mixture containing 10 to 90 wt.% hydraulic powder and 10 to 90 wt.% non-hydraulic powder.
