PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile navigation system for reporting information on a road supporting a driving aid system to a driver. SOLUTION: The navigation system comprises a map information-storing means for storing map information, and a road information-storing means for storing information on a road that the driving aid system can be utilized. Information on the road for supporting the driving aid system can be displayed on a road that the navigation apparatus displays. When an driving aid system actuation detection means detects the actuation of the driving aid system, the driving aid system displays road information that supports the aid as visual information on a monitor screen while being distinguished from other road information so that a driver uses the driving aid system by vision and obtains path guidance information reaching a destination.
