PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape of an element plate and holder, a code system, a radiation measuring apparatus, and a radiation measuring method, which correspond to a photo-stimulation luminescent dosimeter. SOLUTION: A photo-stimulation luminescent dosimeter 10 comprises a detector 1 which uses an OSL crystal or a thermal phosphor as a radiation detecting material, an element plate 2 which holds the detector 1, and a holder 3 which holds the element plate 2.
