PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fatigue durability, to secure a two-stage characteristic of vibration absorptivity, shock absorbing performance, and torque transmission force at initial torque input time, and to inexpensively provide a flexible coupling. SOLUTION: This flexible coupling has a plurality of driving side connectors 10A and driven side connectors 10B alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, a driving side bobbin 11A and a driven side bobbin 11B externally inserted into these respective connectors 10A and 10B in a clearance fit state, first and second connecting belts 20 and 30 alternately arranged in the circumferential direction by being wound in a loop shape by straddling the driving side bobbin 11A and the driven side bobbin 11B adjacent in the circumferential direction, and an annular elastic body 40 molded by embedding the respective bobbins 11A and 11B and the first and second connecting belts 20 and 30. The bobbins 11A and 11B are molded by a synthetic resin material. A lubricant is sealed in fitting clearance between the respective connectors 10A and 10B and the bobbins 11A and 11B.
