METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING ZEOLITE CONTINUOUSLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing zeolite continuously on a large scale with high efficiency and energy-saving. SOLUTION: A solid containing aluminosilicate is admixed with an aqueous alkali solution and the resultant mixed fluid is subjected to continuous circulation, heating and evaporation by using a circulation heater and evaporator by a multiple effect evaporator system to produce zeolite continuously without reduction of alkali concentration. It is preferred that the alkali concentration of the aqueous alkali solution is kept at a level of 3.6 N or more and the heating temperature is higher than 100°C and not higher than 200°C.
