PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor device and a boxing device provided with the same capable of adjusting article retention interval and of quickly coping with changes in thickness of the article and numbers of articles a group and the like in part replacement while processing at a high speed. A front and rear pair of a first and a second retention member 29, 30 provided on the retention mechanism 28 and twelve bottom plate members 31...31 provided between the retention members 29, 30 are detachably attached on the chain 17b, 17c. Retention interval of the article X...X is adjusted by changing arrangement numbers of the bottom plate members 31...31 and a connection position of the first or the second retention member 29, 30 on the chain 17b, 17c.
