PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and effective pitch and roll reducing device of a floating body. SOLUTION: This pitch and roll reducing device of the floating body disposed on the underside of the floating body 1 comprises flat plates 2, connecting materials 3 fitted to the flat plates, and rotary joints 4 for connecting the end parts of the connecting members to the floating body. The connecting materials and the flat plates are swung like a pendulum by the rotary joints. The pitch and roll reducing device of the floating body is desirably installed on the bow side and stern side of the floating body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
