The invention relates to an installation for preparing warm fluids, used for converting the solar energy into thermal energy. According to the invention, the installation for preparing warm fluids provides the efficiency of absorbing the solar energy by the fact that the solar collectors (B) employed, connected in parallel are supplied with a fluid heated in another solar collector (A). The solar collectors (B) comprise a warm core (1) surrounded by some parallel transparent sheets (2) stretched with some tensioning devices (4) fastened on a metal framework (5). Some metal sheets (3) arranged in layers parallel to the transparent sheets (2) are sustained by some steel threads (5') so that some rectangular section channels (a) are formed. The warm core (1) consists of some pipes (9) with rectangular cross-section connected in series or in parallel, or of some microtubes (10) mounted in a cylindrical-parabolic concentrator (11).
