PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless coating composition lowering viscosity of solventless resin without using any solvent and having sufficient coating material stability and excellent suitability for coating. SOLUTION: This solventless coating composition comprises at least (a) an organosilane oligomer component obtained by partially hydrolyzing a hydrolyzable organosilane represented by the formula (I) R<SP>1</SP><SB>n</SB>R<SP>2</SP><SB>m</SB>R<SP>3</SP><SB>p</SB>SiX<SB>4-(n+m+p)</SB>(wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>may be same or different and each represents a 1-8C monovalent hydrocarbon group; (n), (m) and (p) are each an integer of 0 or 1; X is a hydrolysable group) with water in an amount of 0.001-0.5 based on 1 mol X and removing the solvent from the hydrolyzed product, (b) a solventless polyorganosiloxane component containing a silanol group in the molecular chain and (c) a solventless catalyst component.
