PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the execution of efficient ABS control by reducing the number of pressure reductions compatible with the prevention of the occurrence of poor deceleration when a wheel slip ratio becomes larger than a second slip ratio, in a brake controller that reduces pressure by the amount larger than the pressure for creating the second slip ratio and then executes a slow increase in pressure, when the wheel slip ratio becomes the second slip ratio which is larger than a first slip ratio. SOLUTION: In this control measures, the gradient at a slow increase when the wheel slip ratio exceeds the second slip ratio during the ABS control is set steeper than the gradient at a slow increase when the wheel slip ratio exceeds the first slip ratio.
