PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover handle holes without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A reel unit supporting plate member 130 is provided with a left side surface flange 132 formed by bending upward a place abutting on a left side surface plate 112 in a supporting surface 131, and a right side surface flange 134 formed by bending upward a place abutting on a right side surface plate 114 in the supporting surface 131. The member 130 can be fitted to the inside of a main body 11 in a state where the left side surface flange 132 and the right side surface flange 134 respectively cover a left handle hole 122 and a right handle hole 124 from the inside of the main body 11. Since the left side surface flange 132 and the right side surface flange 134 for covering the left handle hole 122 and the right handle hole 124, respectively, from the inside of the main body 11 are provided at the member 130, both of the handle holes 122 and 124 can be covered without increasing the number of the components.
