PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing cost in a part assembly of a fishing reel. SOLUTION: The drag knob 61 of a spinning reel is equipped with a knob body 65, a pressing body 66 and a slip-off stopping spring 68. The knob body 65 is a part which has a circular recessed part 65a formed to open to the rear end face and a plurality of latching grooves 65b formed from the front end face through the outer edge part of the recessed part 65a to the front side of the rear end face at intervals in the circumferential direction and in the circular axial direction and is formed by a mold. The pressing body 66 is a part which is at least partially housed in the recessed part 65a. The slip-off stopping spring 68 is an elastic member which has a plurality of corner parts 68a to be engaged with a plurality of the latching grooves 65b and contact parts 68b that are integrally formed with the corner parts 68a and are brought into contact with the pressing body 66 from the opening side and can be installed from the opening side of the recessed part 65a so as to stop the removal of the pressing body 66.
