<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an IκB-β polypeptide and a polynucleotide, and to provide a method for utilizing the IκB-β polypeptide and the polynucleotide in treatment of diseases and diagnostic assays. <P>SOLUTION: A polynucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence that has at least 90% identity over its entire length to a nucleotide sequence encoding the specific IκB-β polypeptide and encodes a polypeptide having activity of IκB-β polypeptide or a nucleotide sequence complementary to the nucleotide sequence is isolated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
