<p>Car body parts of a plastic reinforced with synthetic fibres are produced from unsaturated polyester resin with 20 to 40% of polyester fibres. The material exhibits an impact strength of at least 20 kp x cm/cm3. Epoxy resin, acrylic resin, phenolic resin, alkyl resin and other synthetic resins or their mixtures can be used instead of polyester resin, The fibres may be of polyamide, polypropylene, polyacrylnitrile or polyvinyl types of their mixture as well as natural fibres.</p> |
