PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of securing the roundness of a cylindrical main body part formed by press forming. SOLUTION: In a press formed article 1 in which a cylindrical main body part 2 and a deformed flange part 3 are integrally formed by press forming, the deformed flange part 3 is provided with arcuate through-parts 8a and 8b having an inside diameter equivalent to the minimum outside diameter of the deformed flange part 3 and arranged concentrically with the cylindrical main body part 2.
