PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice polishing plant quality system capable of establishing the quality assurance of products based on a series of the work in rice polishing plants. SOLUTION: The rice polishing plant quality system comprises forming the quality manual standards relating to rice polishing matching the rice polishing plants 4A to 4N by each of respective enterprises managing the rice polishing plants by a management body 1, storing these standards into a data base 3, permitting the implementation of a series of the works from the acceptance of the unpolished rice of the respective rice polishing plants to shipping of the products by the respective enterprises managing the rice polishing plants in accordance with the quality manual standards and continuously improving and upgrading the quality manual standards.
