PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water rotation type injection nozzle which can stably inject high pressure water and has sufficient strength against considerably high pressure water. SOLUTION: A base 11 having a cylindrical portion 11a and a flange portion 11b is fixed to a shaft 1, and a cylindrical casing 12 is attached to the flange portion 11b. A cylindrical rotor 20 is rotatably supported in a space between the cylindrical portions 11a and the casing 12. Two high pressure water feed ports 13 are formed in an approximately tangential direction of the outer peripheral portion of the rotor 20 in the easing 12, and many recessed parts 21 are formed at the outer periphery of the rotor 20 opposite to the feed ports 13. A plurality of water jet nozzles 22 are formed in the rotor 20. An annular flow passage 23 connects the recessed parts 21 to the water jet nozzles 22. The high pressure water is injected from one feed port 13 to rotate the rotor 20 in one direction, water is reversely injected from the other feed port 13 to control the rotation of the rotor 20, then the water is injected from the water jet nozzles 22.
